Inside This Challenge
This challenge helps participants treat their body with more respect, patience, and care. Each day focuses on one small body-kindness action, such as noticing body signals, reducing harsh self-talk, stretching gently, resting, hydrating, eating with more attention, and creating a body-kindness plan.
By the end, participants will have a more supportive way to respond to their body without pressure, shame, or unrealistic routines.
