Who we are

These terms apply to digital learning products, courses, the free Momentum Starter, account features and Academy Membership provided through Ambitious Step Academy. We provide educational material, not individually tailored legal, financial or medical advice.
Orders and prices
Prices and recurring charges are shown before checkout. Current core offers are Tiny Momentum (£17 one-off), Business Systems & SOP Mastery (£47 one-off) and Academy Membership (£8.99 monthly). Offers may change for future purchases. Payment and access are subject to verified checkout and account eligibility. You receive an order confirmation after a successful purchase.
Membership and cancellation
Membership bills monthly until cancelled. One full course is intended to unlock each week, four every four weeks, not the entire catalogue immediately. You may cancel future renewals through Profile & Settings or contact support. Cancellation stops future billing, subject to the billing dates shown at checkout; it does not automatically imply a refund of a past payment. If cancellation controls fail, contact us before renewal where possible.
Digital access and intellectual property
Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the material for your own learning. Do not redistribute, resell or upload course materials without permission. Some features may require login, internet access or third-party media services. We will take reasonable steps to keep purchased content accessible as described at sale.
Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
See our Refund Policy for the 14-day cancellation framework and digital-content exceptions. Your rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content, cannot be excluded by these terms. We will not assume you have waived statutory cancellation rights merely because you paid or signed in.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account details accurate and protect your login. Do not interfere with the service, upload unlawful materials or share another person's private data without permission. We may restrict misuse proportionately and will not use this clause to remove rights to paid content unlawfully.
Availability, changes and liability
Course information and tools may evolve. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated appropriately. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Individual learning or business outcomes are not guaranteed.
Governing law and help
